Diet help during Ramadan
I'm currently overweight 80 kg due to sleeping bills administered by Neurologist due to some issues. Belly fat Thus, I became overweight. My Triglycerides has been increased dramatically to 187 and LDL at 126. I had a fatty liver issue. And my GGT at 91.4, SGOT at 51.4 & SGPT at 107.9 Pls help me to find a solution to my diet. Usually my fasting roza occurs at 4 AM and end at 6PM without water. Kindly tell me some solutions. Help me. Lo
