Diet for recory from coronavirus .
Need diet for my father, who is coronavirus positive , he has typhoid , pain in knees ,fever. The medicine are running . Just need diet information, what to eat and how ? And what can we do ?

As your father is suffering fever and pain his appetite must be low. Give him easy to digest foods. Especially at night dinner 2 hrs before bedtime. Give him light soups . Chicken or vegetable clear soups. Fluid Khichri with some curd if no fever.

some freshly cut apple without skin. avoid fried, sugary foods which are difficult to digest. avoid too much of fibre at the moment.

Avoid raw foods encourage for cooked food. If gut is distributed include freshly made curds in diet. Include more of soups and easy to digest food like khichdi or Idli or Dosa. Diet should be plenty of cooked vegetables,cooked sprouts and fruitslike papaya,banana,figs,almonds,walnuts,drydates,guava etc. Avoid spicy oily,masalafoods,nonveg,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,fastfoods etc Walkyoga,exercise everyday for one hour atleast. Citrus fruits are good to keep oneself healthy and fit.
