Hello sir/Madam,
My mother had undergone Colonoscopy in last year for blood loss during motion. The report is says it because of few begnin polyps and those are removed.
Before going to colonoscopy, lab technician told her not to take any Raagi flour in her diet.
She is still not taking any Raagi flour in her diet.
Will it be any problem if she takes Raagi in her food?
Or she can take Raagi in he diet?
Please suggest.

Colonoscopy findings are not suggesting any contraindications to take raagi. Ragi can be taken if there is no discomfort, pain etc after taking it. Generally more green vegetables, fruits, salads should be taken to for better digestion, better nutrition etc.
