hey, do want to increase , decrease or maintain weight?? have more food in morning and gradually decrease quantity there by, have fruits and vegetables , drink lot of water, weekly once meat is OK, avoid junk , too much oily unhealthy foods,have milk , curd , buttermilk maintain regular bowel habbits ,
