Didn't get my period
Hi , My period didn't come on time and its been 3 weeks delay already, I have got home pregnancy test done its negative and I also have got beta hcg blood test that is also negative, Usually my cycle is regular One thing is I have travelled to other country with a time zone difference of 4.5 hrs for 15 days Can you please tell me if it causes delay in period? Thanks

Hey, when did u do your upt test, if you have a doubt of upt positive, it should be done after 3 weeks of missed periods or else it will be be false negative. If u are sure of no pregnancy, dont worry, missing period for a cycle is nothing to be too stressed upon, u can wait dear.
