Diastolic notch in both uterine artreies

Hi I had NtScan at 11 weeks 5 days..In my report it's showing "Diastolic notch in both uterine artreies" Doc suggusted to take ecosprine..that means do have bp ...r in future it wil increase.. How can I reduce it...plz suggest me..

this means there is less blood supply to the uterus and so if we use blood thinners there is chance of increase flow to the baby

Proper interpretation of diastolic notch can only b made after 20weeks. Til thn thr is no harm in taking ecospirin as a precaution.
