Diastolic dysfunction
My mother's ecg report is attached. She is 55 years of age. Initially she was suffering from hypertension (200/100) . Now she takes tritelsar 80 hs as per doctor's advice. Subsequently bp came down to 130/90. Pls suggest the needful. Is it a worrisome or life threatening disease? I am a bit tensed about my mother's health. Initially she was obese but for last 1 years she is doing workout like brisk walking and also practices yoga and basic workout. Also cut down the amount of salt in diet. Pls throw some light on the ecg report. Thank you.

The Echo report is good. Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction is nothing to worry about. Expected at this age. Continue her BP medicines. Her BP is also in control. Don't worry
