  4. Diastolic 100+ coming. Amalong only?

Diastolic 100+ coming
Normally my bp remains 140/90+. I have been taking Mukta Vati by Patanjli from last years. Now from last week it is constantly coming 150/100 plus.. Dr suggested by Telma H. Is it better than amalong as my many knowns have been taking Amalong only
