Hello my dear
My son 6month old berfor 2 month to now he diarrhoea , Vimit and fever. More doctor checked but no find healthy . He drinking dry milk . Her mother didn't have milk . When he drink medicen or milk after 2min do vomit . And he also doing mudicen in vein .

Just stop milk.. dont give juice too.. can give rice based diet.. coconut water etc...no need of above medications....👍
