My 3 years old daughter suffering from diarrhoea past 2 months she has pasty stool which sticks to her bump...passing motion every minute i change diaper...first there is stain and then she feels some uneasyness and give pressure and very little amount she passes..every 15 to 20 minutes gap..

This type of diarrhea is common in toddlers. The stools may be frequent, pasty, and stick to the diaper, but as long as your child is active, eating well, and growing normally, it’s not dangerous and usually gets better with simple changes

Please get a stool test done - routine and microscopic as well as pH and reducing substances. Will give a guideline to work upon
It is advised that you monitor her weight weekly to know she is not losing weight. Also, check her on the height growth chart for checking any signs of growth failure. Hopefully, she is not dehydrated or getting weak and lethargic.
It is also advised that you do some basic blood checks to see for anemia ( Hemoglobin), ESR to rule out inflammatory bowel disease, and serum t TGA to check for coeliac disease
Please be alert on any food precipitating the problems - food allergies. Often mother will notes any particular food items causing the problem - we can always test for food allergies. It goes so for cow milk protein too. If not, it may also be due to increased consumption of sugary items like fruit juices

There is an ambiguity in the symptoms as stated by you. At 3 years of age the child should not be on diapers. Often chronic constipation leads to overflow incontinence causing the above symptoms. It will need a different approach
