My baby is 3 month 22 days old he goes poop in green colour (pic attached) my paediatrician has given iron syrup for my baby 0.5ml till 6month. His poop smells very strong odour
Is it something too serious? Please guide

hello,its normal . baby requires iron srup at this age stool colour is not due o medicine.
