Diarrhoea after taking iron medicine
My 15 weeks of pregnancy is Going on..there is constipation in allover 1st trimester..but after taking iron supplements my diarrhoea problem arises on daily basis..can I take econorm sachet 250mg ?? Plzz suggest..Thanks!!!
