It is Gastroenteritis…..U may have caught it from eating outside

Take ondem and sporlac….Take ors 1-2 litre as long as u have diarrhea …..drink boiled water……Consult if still problems

Drink ors ,if not tolerated you would need IV fluids infusion , so visit nearby hospital as early as you can. Don't neglect, dehydration can leads to sever problems. For symptom relief take tab emiset 4mg stat and tab loperamide stat You need to start on antibiotics ,consult for medications.
