Hi My son suffering from Diarrhea and fever from morning, please suggest. I wanna take to hospital or give any other medicine

U can give electral(ors)as much he can drink..after loose stool..also paracetamol syp depending on weight( 5 ml of 125 mg syp if > 8 kg)...if he's dull, may b dehydrated, seek an opinion soon in person.continue oral intake..food..
