Once the gall stone of 10 mm size is diagnosed, I think you should undergo cholecystectomy. After that if the symptoms of acidity, diarrhea and bloating still persist you can go for symptomatic treatment.
Please get a Complete Health checkup package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult a General Physician. You didn't mention in how much time you lost your weight from earlier weight to 63 kg but it surely can't be only due to acidity or gall stone.
