What is this patch like on vulva region? No pain No itching Very very light itch sometimes. Present for some 4 to 5 months.. Bit reaised skin when touched.. No hair present in the patch region Is it related to hair follicle issue? Or something serius? Have used antifungal treatment; antibiotic treatment; creams ; ointments; homeopathy etc Please say.. In my opinion it could be post fungal loss of hair growth meaning although there is no active fungal infection but there is also a bald spot. It could also be pytriasis alba which is a harmless white spot. Either way it is non progressive and doesn't need treatment unless you are worried about appearance.

It could be pityriasis alba which is a hypo pigmented patch, completely harmless. Would advise you to keep a tab on the size of this one. Usually it doesn’t increase, if it does seek medical advise.
