When taken blood test for hsv, hiv, hbv, hcv, syphilis, gonorrhea all came negative igg and igm.. (taken 5 months post contact)(in january 2022)
Was positive for chlamydia IgM antibodies.. Took treatment 5 months ago with doxycycline 100mg bd for 10days..
Pain when sitting.. Walking.. Lying down..
Lots of pain
This developed 3 days ago..
Very very painful..

First impression is Herpes simplex. You should take antibiotics and antiviral therapy. Plus local treatment for cleaning and local Clindamycin . You will also need some painkillers like Zerodol or EMANZEN D.
