Persistent itching in the genital area that has been diagnosed as candidial balanoposthitis is a sign of recurrent exposure to the fungus or inadequate treatment and/or a poor immune response. You will definitely need to see a specialist to look into the above reasons. Please arrange an appointment with the clinic. Dr Nilesh Goyal
