Diagnosed deviated septum
I have been diagnosed with deviated septum through xray a couple of years ago.I hadnt gone further for MRI. I now regularly get runny nose especially in the night.Could this be related to my nose. Are there any home remedies for this condition.

first of all x ray is not a good tool to diagnose any of nasal conditions. deviated nasal septum itself is not a disease unless it causes problems mainly nasal block and most of normal population will have deviated septum without any symptoms, mere presence of deviation does not warrant treatment coming to your symptoms, they look more of allergy than any other disease. you need proper treatment for allergic rhinitis which will improve your symptoms substantially and avoid any surgery of your nose
