You have raised FBS ,ppbs and HBA1C - uncontrolled diabetes.Goal is to get HBA1C to 7 .Apart from medicines left style and diet habits along with exercise play a significant role in managing diabetes.There are other oral diabetic medicines which could be added or substituted for your present medication if needed .You can consult with a nutritionist to plan a suitable diet as per your BMI .
