Since more than 10 years, my father in law is having diabetes and in the recent findings his HbA1c was 10.3, which I think is quite high, where as his FBS is 263 and PP Glucose level is 340.
Kindly guide.

As the report suggest sugars are very high. He need to start exercise regularly, consult a dietician for detailed diet chart. Next thing he needs to start on medicines if not already on. Usually with this high HBA1c it’s important to start with insulin but depends on how long he is diabetic what medicines he is on and other complications.
