Diabetic patient
There is a ear pressure, feels like vomiting, feel like cold and cough in the neck, chest and headache, burning sensation till neck, internal cheek pain, dizziness, Feeling like feverish. She is also diabetes but it is normal range of 140 - 150 after taking insulin. The current BP normal. What is be the issue and what treatment could be given. She is already visiting the diabetes doctor. But is the problem related to diabetes or we can show to some other doctor.

Hello... It could be due to hypertension... Tinnitus, dizziness ,vomiting is seen in high blood pressure condition... She should take medicines for hypertension regularly ......take her to general physician ....Doctor may change tablets for hypertension.... Salt intake should be restricted.
