No need to worry. Kindly do the same thing for three four days. You will get an idea whether it happens daily or not
But overall the HBA1C is normal. No need to worry
Next Steps
just keep an eye on the trend of sugar levels everyday. Check his Sugar levels daily for three four days. God bless
Blood sugar levels can vary throughout the day, and different factors can influence them, including meals, physical activity, and individual metabolism. In general, a blood sugar level of 204 mg/dL (milligrams per deciliter) one hour after a meal may be considered high, especially if the fasting blood sugar level is within the normal range (76 mg/dL). However, it's important to consider the overall pattern of blood sugar levels over time and not rely solely on a single measurement.
A hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) level of 6% indicates GOOD overall blood sugar control over the past two to three months. It provides an average of blood sugar levels during that time. If your father's HbA1c is stable and within the target range , it suggests that his blood sugar control is generally adequate.
No we should not rely on 1st hr of blood sugar level. Rather check fasting blood sugar and post Prandial blood sugar level(2hrs after eating). Also modify the food he is consuming.consult physician for further management
