Hello....... You haven't not mentioned your present complaints... At least mentione your current blood sugar and blood pressure.. Follow diet chart and strict lifestyle.. Avoid oily foods, exercise daily.. Have only nutritious foods.. Sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours ,don't skip the medicines.. Take them regularly
