Diabetic and hormones problems
I got an offer to study in Poland but I am diabetic type 2 patient,I have a doubts could I follow up and get all my medication in local while me get a regular check up there in Poland. specialist doctor whom I frequently consult with told how could I have all those medicines without going for check up but I could go for an appointment once in a year. So my question is could I get all those medication from local itself and for doctors prove I could get a regular check up in Poland? Can do so ?

Yes it is possible for you to continue your medications and even undergo follow ups out there. Medications will be available maybe under a different brand name, but the quality should be better. It is your personal choice on whether you wish to consult in Poland or not but check your blood sugar levels every 3 months and follow a proper diet.
