I am diabetic my suger level 560 but I have no any problem what I do please suggest me what I do and tell me what type tekaking diat and medicine and blood test

Hello there. I can understand your concern. 560 sugar level is no joke and you should be on medical treatment as soon as possible. Do not take it as a joke. You may be normal now, but you never know when your situation  will become from normal now to worse in no time. Consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. U should consult a physician or an endocrinologist for yr treatment.he/she will guide u about yr diet, exercise, n blood n urine tests as required .problems will not be there for now but complications of high blood sugar r more severe at times if not treated so need to get treatment ASAP.
