I Need to check for my diabetics issue
Hi all i recently checked by sugar level,before fasting it was 237 and after fasting it was 337, i know this is the danger level so please suggest me what i need to do .
medicine i take -VOLIX M0.3MG

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Since how long are you a known diabetic?
Whats your HbA1c level?
I would suggest you consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Have a diabetic diet in which you got to avoid all foods with high glycemic index and add high fiber foods.
