Hello Doctor, I am a Diabetic patient, used to drink 2 times in a week. I know drinking is bad for health. My sugar levels are 125and 160. Lot of peoples saying is drinking whiskey increase the blood sugars levels high. Shall I take RUM or Brandy?

All forms of alcohol will increase blood sugar levels. Kindly restrain alcohol for optimal blood sugar control.
