My father is suffering from diabetes. Can you please tell me what kind of food should he eat and what precautions should he take? Please enlighten me with everything which is required to be taken care of.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Becuse we cannot go into great detail on this platform here, in general he should avoid foods with a high glycemic index like rice, coconut etc.
He should take high fiber diet.
He should do at least 20 minutes walking twice everyday .
She should take very glod care about injuries and particularly foot.
Never skip any medications.
