I have tested my sugar level fasting it was 117 nd after dinner it was 180.. is it matter of concern ( going through lot of stress)

yes sugars are above normal... but not very high... blood sugars are in prediabetic range Suggest : Diabetic diet Daily walking for 30 to 45 min regularly
