How to gain 5 kg weight in diabetes.my wife diabetes diagnosed last month.that time reading was 280/396.after that c left oily food and started brisk walking.her weight loosed 10 kg.now c wanna gain weight up to 5kg.please help

Uncontrolled blood sugar is the most likely cause for weight loss. If her sugars r well controlled and still she is loosing weight we have to look for other causes of weight loss.
