Hello...... there are two types of diabetes , type1 and and type 2 , type 1 is an autoimmune condition managed by insulin .. Type two diabetes us due to peripheral resistance to insulin, both are noncurable ... Its a long term disease which can only be managed .. ... But you haven't mentioned your problem, consult general physician
