Diabetes food

When i go shopping for food, very few foods have all the numbers of the levels in the right range. For example, one may be good in carbohydrates, bad in sugars, and good in fat. Or the numbers could be just reversed. What's the best way to chose?

As you rightly mentioned , Food labels having the components in rite composition should be the choice. Avoid the ones in not in good ranges.
