As per the latest guidelines, 2 hour sugar level >140 is considered diagnostic of gestational diabetes. you have not written waht was your fasting levels were . Nevertheless the levels are not that high but are significant in terms of pregnancy. You need to get treated in a way where you can keep you sugar levels well with in the normal range. first thing you need to do is to get a glucometer. Do check your sugar levels on a regular basis , both fasting and 1 hour post meals. please come back in paid consultation if you want to discuss things further.
