Diabetes Check On Food
Hello Doctors, My Father is diabetic. It's not that high. Can he consume lean meat as in chicken once a week and fish on alternate days. Also how about berries? Can he consume it on a daily basis. Thnx

Yes he can consume chicken weekly and fish on alternate days..fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids..berries are  good for diabetic pts .it has low glycemic index.

Yes he can consume chicken and fish. One bowl of berries per day is also fine.
