Change in sleep pattern doesn’t effect the HBA1c levels. As the HBA1c is in normal range there is nothing to worry. HBA1c levels depends on many factors and the gold standard in HBA1c measurement is HPLC method. So need to monitor ur sugars which is more important and HBA1c 3 monthly.
