Is compulsory to give deworming medicine for every 6 month?my son having diarrhoea and vomiting. One year before I gave the deworming medicine.why deworming medicine is necessary nowadays

Every 6 months deworming helps to keep the worm load low which may cause anemia and digestion problems. If child is having diarrhoea and vomiting do not give deworming. Wait till he is well.
