Hi, Is deworming during pregnancy mostly in the 2nd or 3rd trimesters is necessary? What if it's left untreated? Does is effects the baby in the womb?

It is not a question of necessary or unnecessary. The point is that you are in India and in India the worm infestation incidence is about 90% . Deworming is safe. It may help in treatment of your Anaemia.
