I have irregular periods and from past 2months didn't get period so dr suggested Deviry 10mg for 5 days twice.I had my last tablet on 2nd July but still not got my period.Till how many days I can wait?

You will get your periods after you stop taking the Deviry tablet after 7-10 days

Take a boiled egg daily
Avoid lifting weights and stress
Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for 6-8 hours at bedtime with light off
