What you want is Septorhinoplasty. Yes, it can be done, but about costing, it varies widely upon the experience and skill of the surgeon! An inexperienced youngster just out of training would well do it for a pittance whereas a Celebrity Plastic Surgeon would charge you about ₹8-10 lakhs for just his fee alone, which would out the total bill to about ₹12 lakhs!
