Deviated Septum and bad breath
Can deviated septum cause bad breath? I did CT scan and endoscopy and found out I have deviated septum with nasal septal spur towards left side and bilateral concha bullosa.

See only Deviated septum is not likely to cause bad breath but yes if it is quite gross and you have concha bullosa also bilaterally , it may cause obstruction of the sinus drainage pathway which may lead to retained secretions and cause bad breath

Grossly deviated septum can cause blockage of the nasal pathway and sinus doesn't get cleared up which can cause bad breath. You should get CT Paranasal sinuses done whether there is sinusitis too with the DNS.
