The nasal septal deviation is usually the most obvious cause of your snoring but there could be another more sinister airway narrowing at either nasopharyngeal level or at velopharyngeal level or at laryngophartngeal level which could be causing the Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. This can be correctly diagnosed by either a Drug Induced Sleep Endoscopy or a Dynamic Sleep MRI.
