Deviated nasal septum
I am 25years old. I have gross deviated nasal septum (DNS). But also heard that it usually happens from birth, than how come I am having symptoms since 3 months only (nasal blockage leading to breathing problem)? Please tell me how are symptoms showing now. Also CT scan attached f

No it’s not from birth, septal growth is happening till 16-17yrs of your age also you have deviation plus turbinate hypertrophy causing you symptoms. So depending on your symptoms further course of action has to be decided.

You might have developed a sinus infection in these 3 months, though your Deviation is there since long time. The scan is not visible as picture is not clear. Take 2 or 3 cuts but clear cuts and upload those pictures.
