Suffering from ear fulness and ringing in ears specially in right side and diZiness while laying down or sitting straight. There is certain disbalance in body and sometimes the ear get blocked and there is pressure. Attaching my reports. Doctors suggested fluid in middle ear. Should i get it removed?

Not necessarily fluid, it could be stiffened ear bones chain, can you plz consult in private for further discussion about treatment and further investigations
