Details on my wrist pain..
I have been on workout for almost 2 years But recently i got typhoid fever before 5 months After that fever i can't able to workout like before and i can't study like before... My fever was cured but i became weak mentally and physically... Its been like 5 or 7 months I am still tired physically and mentally Also my wrists of my hand got a cold sensation and it's getting hard to write

Happens you're quite young and suffered from an infection. Post typhoid is always irritating. No worries it'll be better with time. However cold sensation thing is a bit tensing. Can i get more details about that?
