Hi, I have dermoid cyst in right ovary in small size, Pcod in both ovaries, Irregular mensus, what should I be done? What is dermoid cyst? Will it cause any issue if left untreated?

Size of dermoid? How irregular are the periods? The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Dermoid cyst is a cyst that warrants surgical removal of the cyst if size is more than 5 cm
