Deranged smile
I had temporary canine and doctors removed it and moved pre molar in place of it and permanent canine in place of premolar .now my smile is deranged and my pre molar looks bad while I smile ! What can I do now?

It can happen , its transposition, there are two ways to improve the smile, first get the coronoplasty and composite filling so that premolar look like canine, other option is get the capping of premolar as canine ,
