Sir/Madam, my SGPT level is 141, SGOT level is 68 and Glubolin level is 2.09, pls. suggest what should i do ?

This type of picture is usually common due to fatty liver if you are not alcoholic. Alcohol can also cAuse the same. The indication for high levels of sgot and sgpt is that there is inflammation on your liver. Which is secreting more and more of liver enzymes.

High liver enzymes are suggestive of Hepatitis.. which might occur as a result of infection like Malaria, dengue, typhoid or other viral illness secondarily affecting liver. Or infection affecting Liver directly like Hepatitis A,B ,C,E . Or related to some drug or alcohol intake.

Quit alcohol ,if you take. Take light but nutritious diet. Avoid oily,spicy, junk food.

Please  consult  gastroenterologist. Follow  hepatic  diet. Repeat  LFT  after  3 days , 5 days, 10 days.
