Deranged LFT in 32 week of pregnancy
I am 32 weeks pregnant and in recent LFT test, I have ALP level of 157, SGPT 141 and SGOT 66. Do I need any medication for the same?

Minimal liver enzymes do rise in pregnnacy . It causes itching in body.  U need to keep a check on your baby movements.  It should be around 10 in 12 hrs . Your doctor will prescribe you medicine and further test and repeat lft after 2weeks

Be careful dearif liver enzymes are high in pregnancy 1. Urine bilesalt and bile pigment 2. BT CT PT and ApTT 3. Serum Bilirubin direct and indirect 4. Albumin Globulin ratio
