Depression trauma
I am looking for a therapist to deal with m
y childhood trauma and work related trauma. Also 2 incidents that took place in the last year which was traumatic. Kindly guide me on the kind of therapy I require.

Sorry to hear about your Trauma that you have underwent.
As per your talks, I understand you underwent mental Trauma. For this, you may have to go for Complete Rehabilitation programme which includes psychological counselling and exercises. Let me know if I have answered your query.
